My Approach
Being a patient for over 40 years, I have seen and experienced all the emotions that comes with wearing an artificial eye. From anxiety and fears, to the joys and tears; I understand everyone is unique and deserves the best. I believe that by the end of our experience; the patient should feel like they are a part of my family. As an Ocularist I believe that...
-
Every patient and their parents, care takers, or guests will know how much I care about what they are going through.
-
It is my obligation to do everything in my ability to achieve success for each patient.
-
Everyone must feel and understand they are not alone.
-
There is no limit to the amount of questions I can answer.
-
Every patient and their support who comes into my office is the top priority.
-
By explaining everything up front, we achieve a greater understanding of the process and expectations.
-
Things can happen at the most inconvenient time, but that is why every patient has the ability to reach me at any time.
-
Working closely with the ophthalmologists is a key factor for patient success.
